Shipping Policy

Mushq Bridals ships worldwide. All orders are carefully packed in our signature luxury boxes before dispatch.

• India — Standard delivery in 5-7 business days (free above ₹5,000)
• India — Express delivery in 2-3 business days (₹299)
• International — 10-15 business days via courier partners

Custom / bespoke orders require additional production time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at time of order.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Mushq piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery for non-customised items.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Custom/bespoke orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Sale items are final sale — no exchanges.
• To initiate an exchange, email us at info@mushqbridals.com with your order number.

Damaged Orders

In the unlikely event of a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs to info@mushqbridals.com and we will resolve it promptly.
