By using the Mushq Bridals website and placing orders, you agree to the following terms.

1. Orders & Payment

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Cash on delivery is not available. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless specified.

2. Pricing

Mushq Bridals reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice. Prices are confirmed at time of checkout and will not change after payment is confirmed.

3. Custom Orders

Custom and bespoke orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% before production commences. The remaining 50% is collected before dispatch. Timelines provided are estimates.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Mushq Bridals. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
